Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds at EZ Mobile DNA are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.

​

If a full payment is made and the appointment is later canceled, a $25 cancellation fee applies for after-birth DNA testing, and a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee applies for non-invasive prenatal testing. No refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.4

​

Cancellations made more than 48 hours after payment are not eligible for full refunds. A $75 cancellation fee is imposed if appointment is cancelled after the 48 hour period. If EZ Mobile DNA requires sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. Test can only be rescheduled.

All DNA testing services provided by EZ Mobile DNA have estimated completion times that are discussed at the time of testing. while results often finish earlier than expected, they may occasionally exceed estimated timelines. Once testing is initiated, refunds will not be issued.
